Apartment Lavei is located in a sunny and quiet position featuring a spectacular view over Lake Garda and the mountains at Val di Sogno (‘Valley of dreams’) in Malcesine. Nestling on the eastern shore of Lake Garda at the foot of Monte Baldo the apartment with panoramic views of the lake has 2 bedrooms and a seperate living room sleeping up to 6. With air conditioning, 2 terraces and private parking.

There are beautiful strolls along the lakeside and Monte Baldo is reached by cable car and offers extensive walking terrain. Experienced walkers can reach neighbouring Brenzone and for a well-earned break along the way there are several mountain restaurants.

Val di Sogno is renowned for windsurfing and sailing and you'll also find mini-golf and pedaloes. Mountain bikes are available for a pleasant ride around the hills and mountains behind the town.

Nestling on the eastern shore of beautiful Lake Garda at the foot of Monte Baldo, amidst olive groves and lush pine vegetation, lies the ancient town of Malcesine Originally a sleepy fishing village, it is today a picturesque and animated resort with narrow cobbled streets winding down to a quaint little harbour where artists sell their paintings to passing tourists Its lovely warm climate and calm clear waters make swimming from the pebble beach a delight and there are hydrofoil and ferry rides across and around the lake In the evenings the town has a pleasant and informal atmosphere Stroll along the lakeside promenade or relax and watch the passers-by in open-air cafés and waterfront bars, listen to a concert or enjoy a romantic evening boat trip

Garda is a true outdoor fitness center where all sorts of "active sports" can be enjoyed.  In the area that extends from 60 meters on sea level to the mountains over 2,000 meters high, you can find just about anything: wind that blows in the windsurf sails and yachts of all sizes, the beaches with all possible amenities, mountains to be climbed using any means, from bikes to hikes along special trails, and the snowy slopes worthy of the most famous winter ski resorts. In winter the cable car will take you to the snow capped mountains for the ideal ski and snowboarding piste. Right in the middle is one of the most protected natural reserves with lush vegetation, an oasis that is unequaled worldwide and sits right at the center of Europe, the heart which could be called the living park of the Old Continent.
